Returns are accepted only with the package opening video. Without package opening video return is not accepted. Let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item through email at [email protected]. Please mention the Order id for reference with Subject “DAMAGED”, and share us the details of the damage. Please do not accept tampered package, we will not be responsible if tampered packages are accepted and product is found to be damaged. Once we acknowledge, please ship Via India Post registered parcel Only within 1-2 days, to our address. Shipping cost will be credited back to you within 7 days of receiving the item. We can either Process Refund or Exchange with same item if available or any other item..
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns please ensure you take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not affect the original condition of the products in any way.
Items can’t be returned with the fact that they do not exactly look like a picture or the material used looks different than what you see in the picture. Pictures are digital and taken using high standard photography techniques such that the actual product may differ in some cases than what you see in the picture. There might be variations in Brightness.
Products with Block prints, Kalamkaris will have stains, misprints, overlapped prints, different prints and these happen as they are hand made and cannot be conisdered as Damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
